Course Objectives

The main objective of this course is to demonstrate how to analyze, interpret and use the marketing information

Software Usage
Students will use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint) to work on their weekly assignments about 2 hours a week.

Upon succesful completion of this course, a student will be able to
1. Describe the marketing research process
2. Recognize the importance of quality in data collection methods
3. Identify the research problem and objectives
4. Select the appropriate data source and size
5. Prepare a research design for a marketing project
