Course Objectives

The main objective of this course is to build a foundation of cost-benefit analysis and its use to solve real-life managerial problems.

Software Usage
Students will use MS Office applications (especially MS Excel).

Upon succesful completion of this course, a student will be able to
1. Discover cost-benefit analysis and its use for managerial problems
2. Recognize the importance of financial analysis to solve business problems
3. Identify managerial decision making and decision support tools
