Course Objectives
The main aim of this course is to introduce the innovation activities, innovation strategies and measurement of innovation. The students will discover the importance of innovation and its relation to customer oriented management.

Upon succesful completion of this course, a student will be able to
1. Discover innovation and its importance for competitive advantage
2. Define innovation models, strategies and their roles
3. Identify how to measure innovation
4. Recognize the importance of strategic thinking in business functions
