Catalog Description
Basic concepts of creative drama. Pioneers of creative drama in the World and Turkey. Stages of creative drama. Lesson plan and creative drama process. The relationships among art, society and the creative drama.
Course Objectives
This course aims to familiarize students with basic concepts of creative drama.
Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
facilitate a creative drama session using necessary leadership skills,
use appropriate leadership features for creative drama,
administer a creative drama session,
prepare the curriculum of creative drama by keeping in mind the stages of creative drama,
incorporate creative drama methods into different educational levels.
