Catalog Description
An analysis of migration from a legal aspect. Migration within the context of human rights, law of persons, family law, law of foreigners. Migraiton law within the context of national and international law. An evaluation of The Foreigners and International Protection Law in light of the Turkish Constitution, European Convention of Human Rights and Civil Code. Discussion of the legal situation of the migrants in Turkey.
