Course Objectives

This course aims to help students comprehend the basic concepts related with learning and development. The course also aims to advance students’ academic growth in discussing cognitive development, linguistic development, personal development, social development, and moral development. It is designed to develop students’ knowledge and attitudes about learner differences and learning needs. It is also designed to equip them with the necessary understandings and attitudes to acknowledge the role of culture and diversity in development and learning. The course aims to help students develop a large perspective of different approaches to learning and motivation. It aims to advance students’ understandings, skills, and attitudes concerning the theoretical and practical aspects of motivation.
