Catalog Description

Methodology and techniques involved in business valuations. Basic financial statements analysis. Standards for valuation, valuation methodology, cash flow analysis, financial analysis techniques, international standards. Applications.

Course Objectives

The main objective of this course is to build a foundation of principles of financial valuation techniques and financial statement analysis.

Software Usage

Students will use MS Office applications (especially MS Excel).
