Course Objectives

This course aims to introduce basic social skills and its acquisition.

Course Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

1. define understanding of related concepts about social skills, components of social skills,
2. describe models and measurement of social skills,
3. recognize the importance of emotional and social awareness and expressivity,
4. demonstrate knowledge of strategies used for dealing with difficult people,
5. illustrate perspective and awareness in demonstrating effective social skills.
