Catalog Description
Information technologies in education. Process of teaching and the classification of instructional technologies. Theoretical approaches to instructional technologies. New trends in teaching approaches. Current literacies. Instructional technologies as a means and material. Design of instructional technologies. Thematic material preparation. Evaluation criteria for teaching material.
Course Objectives

This course aims to equip students with the knowledge of the importance of the concept of “information technologies in education, the relationship between information technologies and education, theoretical approaches to instructional technologies, the design of teaching materials and creation of object storage areas peculiar to subject area, and design of thematic teaching materials.
