Course Objectives

This course aims to give prospective teachers an opportunity to perform a research project within the field of primary education according to an individual study plan, to summarize the results in a research report and present the results of the project.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

 

  1. formulate a research question,
  2. choose relevant scientific literature and methods for his/her research project,
  3. perform the project work in an ethical correct manner,
  4. link between theoretical and practical knowledge about his/her research project.
  5. conduct a small-scale research project in primary education,
  6. discuss the research results with colleagues and senior researchers.
