Role of human resource function in organizations. Methods of job analysis. Recruitment process. Employee training and development. Performance appraisal methods. Career management and pricing techniques.
Course Objectives
This course aims to give comprehensive and ethical dimensions about strategic human resource management and explains the importance of managing employees in the success of businesses.
Software Usage
Students will use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint) to work on their weekly assignments about 2 hours a week.s
Course Learning Outcomes
After successfully completing this program, students will;
